Professional Indemnity Insurance

It has frequently been laid down in court judgements that the highest possible standard of care and accuracy is required from a professional who accepts a fee for giving advice on technical matters. This special form of insurance provides cover for the Insured's legal liability for financial loss incurred by a Third Party arising out of the advice given in a professional capacity.
