At Allianz, one of our core objectives is to be available to all our existing clients and all interested parties. We welcome the opportunity to be of service to our clients either in offering quotes, handling direct clients with their renewals or just simply answering their questions. It is however, our practice of referring clients back to their agents or brokers where appropriate.
For insurance enquiries, please contact our Agency Sales and Customer Service Unit at Tel: 6395 3839, 6395 3838 or 6395 3837 during office hours from Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm. As an added service to our customers, we provide road tax renewals at our office from Mondays to Fridays, from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Payments can be made by cash, cheques or NETS.
